Online counselling for individuals, families, parents, adolescents and teens.

Life can feel heavy at times, especially when you’re trying to hold things together for yourself, your child, or your family. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you don’t know how to change, or unsure where to turn next.
Living Counselling offers online counselling and therapy for individuals, parents, adolescents, teens and families across Australia. My work is grounded, practical and compassionate, with a strong focus on helping people feel seen, supported and better equipped to move forward.
All sessions are offered online, making counselling more accessible, flexible and easier to fit into everyday life.

Online counselling for adolescents and teens, providing a safe, supportive space to help young people navigate emotions, behaviour and the challenges of growing up.
Online family counselling to support better communication, reduce conflict and help families feel more connected and understood.
Whether you’re seeking individual counselling, family counselling, parent counselling, adolescent counselling or teen counselling, we can work together in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
Therapy sessions are held via secure video and are designed to feel calm, respectful and collaborative. As an online therapist, my aim is to create a space where you can speak openly, reflect honestly, and develop practical ways to cope and grow.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting counselling. We begin where you are.
Online counselling allows you to access support without the added pressure of travel, waiting rooms or time off work or school.

Yes. Counselling is confidential, and your privacy is taken very seriously.
There are some legal and ethical limits to confidentiality, such as situations where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law. These limits will be explained clearly before counselling begins, so you know what to expect.
Availability varies. Limited evening and weekend appointments may be offered depending on current capacity.
If you have specific scheduling needs, you’re welcome to ask when you get in touch, and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
The number of sessions varies for each person or family. Some clients find a few sessions helpful, while others choose to engage in counselling over a longer period.
There’s no fixed expectation. We’ll regularly review how things are going and adjust the pace and frequency of sessions to suit your needs and goals.
